DEEPEN support low/medium cost private schools inaugurate Peer to Peer (P2P) Learning Clusters

Developing Effective Private Education Nigeria (DEEPEN) supports access to affordable and high-quality head teacher and teacher training for schools serving low income families. To further entrench the knowledge and skills acquired at these trainings, the programme introduced Peer to Peer (P2P) learning clusters of head teachers and teachers where the influence and encouragement from peers are expected to motivate schools to take positive action to improve learning outcomes.

Following a successful pilot with four P2P learning clusters in Alimosho and Makoko, DEEPEN recently supported three chapters of the Association for Formidable Educational Development (AFED) to establish … P2P learning clusters in Oto-Awori, Amukoko, and Ilogbo areas of Lagos. .
